Default Trip to Denver

I visited relatives in Denver, Lincoln county (near Lake Norman) for a baptism last month. I was very impressed with the area. There wasn't any tailgating, very few horns and the people were friendly. The driving was so much different then where I'm from (Staten Island, NY). If the housing market wasn't so bad I'd look into moving. lol The only bad thing was the heat. Just curious, what part of the summer is the worst regarding heat/humidity?

Well, this year has been unusual. Higher temps than typical. End of July and/or August are usually when temps are highest, but we had record breaking temps in June this year. Humidity can reach into the 90% here, but not all the time. For example, this last week, we had 38% humidity one day (I happened to check that day).

Denver is a neat area!
