Mikel Lee is on a distinguished road
Red face Visiting Feb 16-19, 2007 need realator

My wife and I are driving up to look around Charlotte over the Presidents Day weekend. Just curious if any realators are into showing us around.

We're looking for something around $130 - $150, 3 br, garage, 1800+ sq feet, decent neighborhood with running trail, arts, entertainment nearby. Not sure if that is possible or not but I see lots of homes online meeting that price, just not sure about surrounding neighborhoos, activities, etc.

If anyone is up to the task without trying to sell to us immediately then please let me know.

Thanks,
Mikel Lee

PS...I'm also a musician if anyone know about the local music scene.

In that price range stick to areas north of the city limits, not in the city limits okay? I'd say look at Concord. I know CharlotteAgent can help you, he lives up that way
