Also agents frustrate agents who have to chase you down to get some sort of feedback even if its not what my clients want to hear! Damn it takes 5 minutes already!!

I am with you.. I hate that.. Why bother with a flyer and no price. I should just call up and assume its OBO and go for something like $20.

Right there with you on that bud. With CSS, it is so easy! I always fill that out that night!

I hate having to call the agents after 3 e-mails go out to them, and still get a voice mail, and then never get feedback. Let's face it, no one is that busy!
