Anybody else sick?
Seems like there is something going around. Started with a headache, high fever, sleepiness and then a grand finale with a sore throat. No sniffles, just when the sore throat goes away, a cough.
I have heard this with several people and in my family. Anyone else?

I have been sick for a week. Just got back to work. (and already slacking.. geez)... Mine was more congestion/head cold type thing. Didn't go to doc, because of holidays and finally got a bit better yesterday. Two co-workers had sinus infections.
Here is hoping you get better.

Thanks but I haven't caught it...yet. It was my kids, hubby, teacher, and friends so far that has gotten it. |

YES!!! Dh had it last week, just the nasty cough & some congestion. I started with it on Fri., sore throat, chills, huge swollen glands...finally went to the doc yesterday. Now I'm out of work for a few days. Strep throat & an ear infection & taking antibiotics the size of horse pills!

My son had very similar symptoms- headache, VERY high fever (it was almost 105F when we took him to the ER), sleepiness (he didn't get out of bed a couple of days) and sore throat.
The blood tests he had in the hospital concluded he had mono. Get yourself checked out!

My DH and elder son have cough. My younger son has cold... tough time at home!!! Thinking if i have to see a doc...

I've been beat for the last two days, with runny nose, sneezing and headache. I don't know what to contribute the symptoms to. I returned from a 7 days stay in Puerto Vallarta on Sunday and since than I've been down hill. Maybe Charlotte is making me sick, I long for the beach, mountains and Mexican food. I really don't know what it is but I'm hoping I get back to health in a couple of days.
