Single male just moved into the area and have been living in an apartment. I'm looking for a house anywhere in the mecklenberg area... for $100,000 or less... maybe a few thousand over 100 g's but not much more. Looking for a clean house that doesn't need too much work and a pretty safe area in charlotte/concord/anywhere else nearby. Please help guys.

I've been using caralinahome.com and I have this link that splits up the areas.

http://www.carolinahome.com/findHome...?searchBy=area

Please tell me where I should be looking..

Also, it doesn't have to be the biggest house in the world...

Are you not finding any homes you like on line? Or are you asking for more suggestions as to where to look?

There should be plenty to look at I guess it all depends on your criteria.

I don't know much about the area...i just feel a little overwhelmed. I look in an area like east charlotte or north charlotte for homes, but I don't know what the areas are like. I most likely should just call up a realtor...or something.

I was going to ask this same question (great minds and all that...LOL)

Also, where do you currently have to go to get to work?
