HIghland Creek rentals (Concord: apartments, townhouses, relocate)

Does HC have apts for rent anywhere?
I'm asking, because if we relocate there, my parents
will sell their home here (Florida) and rent there.

There's not apartments in the community itself but very very close by. Check out Bexley at Concord Mills. It's not even 2 minutes from the entrance off of Concord Mills Blvd.
I also believe there might be some one story attached townhouses in HC. You can check into rentals for those.
Beware-rentals go very very fast in HC.
