Birkdale is cute area between Huntersville and Cornelius within minutes from Lake Norman . It was finish in 2002 and has grown in popularity due to it mix use development.

Just to clarify the bottom video is classified as Birkdale Village. The neighborhood everyone calls Birkdale is across the street from the entrance of the stores.
