Accepted an offer on our house in Monteith Park..
We received an excellent offer on our house in Monteith Park and we've decided to accept. It was only on the market for 8 days, so we're very happy.
Now comes the fun of finding temporary housing until our new house in Fort Mill is done in (hopefully) 4 months.

Congrats on your home sale!
I think a bunch of the townhouses that were built in Rosedale were gobbled up by investors and may be availble for rent. Nice area and close to everything.

Thanks for the tip. Not sure yet if we'll rent in Huntersville or Fort Mill, but I'll keep Rosedale townhouses in mind.

So you are saying you will by us all dinner then
FWIW there are a couple of homes in Monteith for rent. it looks like 6 months is the shortest you can go.
