DH and I checked out Alexander Place when we were looking for an apartment last October. We liked the leasing agent, and the location is great. However, when we were shown an empty apartment, I checked out the bathtub and there were a few dead bugs lying there. Now, I know bugs can be anywhere but it just turned me off right away, and we ended up choosing a different apartment complex. Hopefully this problem is under better control now, and maybe a current tenant can chime in with what it is like to actually live there.
