Has anyone ever lived in these apartments or heard of these apartments? It is in the south park area however I'm relocating and have no idea if there are "bad neighborhoods" in South park. Please let me know if you have any input! Thanks!!

Can't think of a bad place for miles around - you'll most likely love the area

lived there for 2 years (in the apartments across the stree) (Hamptons at southparK)... never had a problem 1 except for the workers who were updating the buildings. Beautiful place, great area. You'll love it. 15 minutes to downtown.

DH and I checked out Alexander Place when we were looking for an apartment last October. We liked the leasing agent, and the location is great. However, when we were shown an empty apartment, I checked out the bathtub and there were a few dead bugs lying there. Now, I know bugs can be anywhere but it just turned me off right away, and we ended up choosing a different apartment complex. Hopefully this problem is under better control now, and maybe a current tenant can chime in with what it is like to actually live there.

Good luck with your searching!
