Default DMV question
Good am. Does anyone know if a trailer I purchased in Fl needs to be titled here in NC? I'm selling a trailer and its been purchased but am not sure how it works up here. TIA

You don't need to title it here before you sell it. Just make sure you give the buyer the FL title and a bill of sale- he'll need them to get it titled here. The bill of sale prevents him from getting hosed on the taxes.
