I've been living in NC for a few years and am relocating to Charlotte. I prefer an area that's a little more laid back. Looking for an place where I can walk to coffee shops, food, etc. I've lived near 9th street in Durham, Fremont/wallingford areas of Seattle...kind looking for a similar community. Hopefully the commute won't be too far from Presbyterian hospital. Just looking for a decent 1 bed apartment, maybe with a little gym. Anyone have suggestions for neighborhoods I can look into, or better yet, names of apt complexes?
