You can only get business class TW in York Cty, not residential. In lancaster County (Indian Land 29708 zip code) you can get TW residential.

TWC is awful. We'd switch back to Comporium but they were also awful. DirecTV blows them both away but since we're moving, we're getting that installed at the new house and dealing with TWC for now. TWC is frequently choppy with their HD signals, outrageously expensive and they have horrible customer service.

You can get residential TWC in Clover. That may be the only part of York County that offers it. Everyone else is with Comporium, I think.
