If they didn't catch you entering the intersection,it wasn't a valid ticket. Just so you know, its legal to be in an intersection when he light turns red, you just can't enter an intersection with a red light.

That can't be a legal ticket, how can they hold you responsible? Who is to say that you were driving car and not your significant other, friend, teenager?
