Where is new Walmart near Concord Mills being built?
Just curious...does anyone know where the new Walmart is being built near Concord Mills Mall and Highland Creek? What I thought was it is really a Lowes. Any other word on what other stores are coming to that area?
Thanks!

If you turn right at the light where Concord Mills Blvd used to deadend into Derita Rd, it's about 1/2 mile down on the right.

Yup! I can't wait to only have to drive 5 minutes than 20. Why is it sad?

Yes, it's walmart. And after January 20th it will be the only place where we will be able to afford our groceries.

I can't wait to see what that's going to do to Saturday afternoon traffic in that area.

+1
GREAT, more cheap disposable crap!!
Lead painted toys, and chemical filled frozen fish sticks at roll-back prices!
Americans want clear air, clean water, healthcare, and fair wages, but are not willing to purchase anything that can be made under these restrictions. Anyone who has visited manufacturing in China (or most of India & Pakistan) comes to the realization that we must find a better way. Our health and planet depend on it.

I dont know I have warmed up to Walmart after all if it was a Country it would be the 24th largest.
I bought Michelin Tires at the one in Denver had my prescription filled and bought some needed items at one place by the time I was done running my errands needed in that store my car was ready with my new tires on them.
No driving around and no dealing with some dishonest tire guy nor do I have to sit in some closet and look at some guys Calendar Girl not that there anything wrong with that.
I can look at that area is developed out but according to the above poster there must be a need I just hope they develop smart traffic pattern with their streets to their parking lots.
