On the National Register, South Summit Avenue is in the Historic District of Wesley Heights, and walking distance to Uptown. Only a mile from the new location of the CHARLOTTE SCHOOL OF LAW, and a block from Frazier Park, this area offers spectacular VIEWS of Uptown, plus all the old world charm of tree line streets, and proud neighborhoods.

As the city of Charlotte has grown, many of the other neighborhoods in and around Charlotte have gotten cost prohibitive for many families to buy, or rent. This, combined with the city's development plan for the Wesley Heights area, has enlightened many to the practical and economical value of living here.

Wesley Heights was recently featured in the Charlotte Observer and eye, a Charlotte Observer publication for Uptown and Central Charlotte. In an article entitled, "Living in Wesley Heights" by Amy Rainey, Amy notes that Wesley Heights was "Less Expensive, More Room."

Enlighten me about your enthusism about Wesley Hts. I noticed you posted a couple of times today about this project you're involved in. Looks good on paper. Thought that maybe there was an opportunity there for me to make a couple of extra bux for Christmas. But...I checked some crime stats and ..wow! Hey, I'm from NY and don't scare easy, but are the numbers I'm reading correct? What numbers? Check it out and let me know If I need to get my glasses checked. Seriously.
Here to learn,
