Congratulations QC residents. Keep up the good works. From the story below, the state overall doesn’t rank to well, but our city and Asheville look to be the shinning stars (see mid-sized cities for Asheville).

So posters, where do you volunteer? Myself, I occasionally volunteer with Communities in Schools. How about everyone else?
