Ok, I'm convinced that bpoerio and firejackie are the same person. What gives? Are you forgetting which i.d. is logged on at the time? Identity crisis?

No, they are just husband and wife They don't mean any harm I don't think, they just get impatient for answers!
yes we are married and have several computers in our house. which ever one is not being used we go on and our individual log in names are already set on each computer. we both appreciate all your help.
Kannapolis is starting to boom now that Murdoch is starting the new Reseach Campus there. Jobs are already starting in the area. It is supposed to bring in 35k new jobs (that would double the size of Kannapolis). They say that home values there are supposed to skyrocket. Some nice communities in Kannapolis are The Farm at River Pointe (great amenities, have smaller homes in front of development but big beautiful ones back by the amenity center...this is a fairly new community). Also, Kellswater is supposed to be nice. Depends on your price range and need for amenities, schools etc. The whole area is beautiful and up and coming...drive by the research campus when you get here....it is very impressive, also the Salisbury Post has some great articles on the impact of the research center on home values in the area...good luck!
Just moved here, this is a great area (at least so far, only been here 2 weeks!). I hope that the Research Center will at least keep our home price stable, hopefully it will balance out the generally not-so-great market. My husband and I are in an older home in the Royal Oaks neighborhood (the area where all the streets are named after states), we ended up here rather than in a new home mainly due to larger lot size, bigger trees, etc.
