Thanks for the response, she has been talking with people around Charlotte that she knows that has recommendations of schools/areas and sent some emails out. Hopefully this will help.

If the principal is interested enough, she will be contacted for an interview. Heard from a pretty reliable source today that the CMS Job Fair is probably going to be cut and if there is any, schools without vacancies will not be allowed to attend.

I heard a while back that the job fair was probably going to be on the chopping block due to its cost and fewer openings. Does anyone know if there will be a transfer fair this year?
