Hello. Just wondering if anyone knows of any afforable one bedroom apartments in or around the Huntersville/Cornelius area. Or if you know of someone who needs a roommate.

You have to define "affordable".

Also, go online and check out Craigslist for roommates wanted and places to rent.

If you can go up to $650-750 you'll have many apartment choices in good areas. I would not rent anything anywhere in Charlotte for under $500 personally! Don't know the names of specific places up that way though - sorry! Hopefully others will chime in and give you specific names soon.

Thumbs up Cornelius Apts

I live in Cornelius now - just moved recently from the Charlotte area to Harborside Apts. Actually, I think its Bexley at Harborside. It's right across the street from Midtown Sundries on Catawba and I go to have some of those great Barbalo wings almost every week! But, the apartment is cool - good space, black appliances in the kitchen and an awesome pool!! Plus, you can walk to the lake and Birkdale Village is like 5 minutes away. I only pay $630 for my place (CRAZY special) but I don't know how much they're going for now. I still work in Charlotte and it only takes about 15 minutes to get to work in the morning.
