Any rentals at all in Sandy Ridge school district in Union County (Marvin: apartment)

We have been looking for a house but it hasn't happened yet. What can I say...we are weird. Tons of brand new development houses and the prices plummeting but we want something older and unique (doesn't look like the neighbor) and on a little more land. We have made a couple of offers already but haven't made it happen. So we are going to get a rental before school starts.

Does anyone know of any rentals at all in Sandy Ridge school district near Marvin? It would be great if it was 3500sf 3 car garage but at this point we'd take just about anything...even an apartment. It just has to go to Sandy Ridge school.

Your best bet is to spend the weekend riding up and down every street in every neighborhood assigned to this school. I know that sounds like a lot of trouble, but many times a sign in the yard is the best way to find a home for rent. Not everyone wants to spend the money to advertize and they do just fine with a sign in the yard. Best of luck!

also Just go to carolinahome.com or better yet have your realtor pull homes ONLY with the Sandy Ridge school which they can do....good luck...there arent alot of developments that attend sandy ridge..as Marvin isnt really that big...
