I am headed to town this weekend and am thinking about going to the Panthers game Saturday night.
How cheaply do you think I can buy tickets for if I show up at the stadium at game time? I am treating my "country cousins" to a city weekend and thought they might enjoy the game, but the budget is tight.

I agree - I'd say that 1/2 price is very fair for tickets purchased in advance. Then closer you get to kick-off (and beyond) the less you'll have to pay - all depends on your personal tolerance/comfort levels.
I would say $20/ticket will get you in easily. Wait until close or at kickoff, they will practically give them away. It's only preseason. Sit in your seats for the 1st half. Most leave at half time. Sneak to the lower level in the 2nd half.
