Berewick is a large community in this area. Very convenient so far. We just moved here a few weeks ago and we are renting for now. Very close to SC, to the library, to the Rivergate shopping complex, and lots of other things

I don't even have to get onto the interstate to go to work. I just stay on 160, Steele Creek road, and it takes me past the airport and turns into West. Within 17-20 minutes, I am at work just shy of the West side of Uptown!

there isn't much crime over this way. i mean, this is charlotte so you're going to have your number of break ins and things like that. but no murders, etc.

even ballantyne has break ins.

like i said, this area is nice. so buy my house. i'll give you a good deal

It's a little more complicated than just entering a zip code...zip codes in Charlotte stretch long ways and no one zip code is all bad. Better to look by street name. Try these links, they might help if you have street addresses for homes you like:
