Default Enclave apartments 1st ward uptown

hello ppl , Went and saw enclave apmt for rent. They seemed really nice and new. Does anyone rent over thr ...is 1st ward a safe place to stay.....they are asking for 1875 for 2 bedrooms ....is that a fair price ...any inputs would be appericiated-thanks

1875 seems kind of steep. Have you looked into renting a condo? Seems to be quite a few on the market.
We're in 3rd ward and pay right under a 1000 a month for a 1 bedroom.
Nice building, gated, and solid walls.
Seems like having an enclosed garage is kind of a must here in Charlotte. I think a lot of those places in 1st ward are also section 8. That's def. something to consider.

Man, you are right, $1875. seems VERY steep to me. I'd keep looking. First Ward is not bad, though there have been some problems there - but I'd keep looking before I paid THAT much.

Just to give you a perspective you could rent a 4 bed house in a nice area for $1000-$1500 approx
