Default New "Birkdale Village" in Troutman
I keep hearing about a new waterfront development in Troutman that is supposed to be like Birkdale Village. Anybody know when it will be completed? I guess it will be a traffic nightmare--but is that likely to ease once construction is done? Since we'll be retiring and don't need to worry about traffic, it sounds promising... but I would love to hear real opinions, pro AND con from people who know the area.
