Anyone know where to get some? I would have thought Compare foods would have it, but no luck. Also, anyone know where you can buy stuff in bulk?

I've gotten unsweetened coconut at Trader Joe's. I don't know if they carry it all the time, though.

Locally I'd try Trader Joes, Home Economist Market on South Blvd. or Earthfare. Maybe you could order it online?

Unsweetened coconut can be purchased at all grocery stores. I buy it all the time for making Indian food. You can probably buy it in bulk at the Indian grocery store on South Boulevard or at one of the Asian markets on North Tryon near Sugar Creek Road.
