Has anyone heard of the Healthy Built? They are a "green" certifying company for NC homes. Does anyone have any thoughts on them?

Are these builders certified by anybody, or in what ways do they consider themselves green? What does the bank require as far as green factors or certification?

Considering that the whole "green" thing is largely a marketing ploy to begin with - I would be surprised to hear about any truly valid "certifications". Maybe they'll toss in a carbon credit or two with the price of the home

Can any one shed some light into houses built using Insulated Concrete Forms?
If so where is it built? Thanks a lot.
