Smile McCar Homes Fairington Oaks

We recently moved into a house in Fairington Oaks and have had a great experience. The experience was positive for a number of reasons. First of all, McCar designs quality houses. The overall design and materials used are above average. Secondly, you have to get involved - more than you think you do or want. We have built before and this one was no different - the more involved you are, the more successful the project. Additionally, getting the builders staff on on your side will pay huge dividends. It doesn't matter who the builder is, you are going to run into issues or want to change things - it's the nature of the beast. In our situation, we worked through all the issues and those that couldn't be closed prior to move in, have been documented and commitments were made in writing prior to closing.

Overall, great home, great experience and great staff. The builder was awesome and we have no regrets.

Glad to hear of another positive story about this builder! We're still very happy with our McCar four years later.

I recently purchased a home in a brand new McCar neighborhood -- Mirabella (Huntersville, NC). I have to say, the staff have all been so easy to work with (and so accommodating). The home (a spec home) is well built, has top of the line appliances and upgrades, and is exactly what we've been looking for. The layout of the neighborhood looks great so far, as well. The builder has retained a lot of the trees and has set aside several areas for landscaping. We couldn't be happier. The builder also just decreased its prices considerably to reduce inventory -- anyone looking for a great deal, in a nice location (along with a beautiful house) should check out McCar Homes and the Mirabella neighorhood.

PS -- I promise, I do not work for McCar Realty. Just a very happy customer.
