Home Depot Expo Design Center
Is there one in Charlotte? Someone told me that there was one on Charlottetown Ave., but when I go to the Home Depot Expo website they don't show one in Charlotte. If someone can confirm that there is actually one there I will make a trip to find it. Thanks!

It looks like they do not call it an Expo but a "Design Center"

Is it on the same scope as Expos I have been in other places? We had a terrific one where I used to live. I just thought there were none here.

It is on the old Midtown Square space near uptown. It is a Design Center, not and Expo. Much smaller. Don't go there if you are expecting to walk out the door with product, they do not stock much up there.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm glad this is clarified now. I love walking through the Expo's. They are total outrageously priced but you can write the info down and get it cheaper elsewhere..I can't wait to check out the Home Decorators either. I get their catalogs and good items and good prices!!

It's a Home Depot Design Center. We went there when it first opened and they explained that the "Design Center" is a new concept for them. It's in between an EXPO, where almost everything is special ordered, and a regular Home Depot. The associate we talked to said there was only one other "Design Center" in the US.
