Hi there
Unfortunately as our business didnt sell, we are forced to stay in NY for a while longer. It is with a heavy heart as my young boys were so looking forward to loving south.

We will be back, dont know when, but we loved North Carolina.

Thank you all for all your advice ; you are a wonderful helpful crowd of people. Good luck to all that are starting over.

dorothy

okaydorothy -
You were moving to Killian's crossing in Denver. What happened with that house? Were you able to get out of the contract with the Builder? Or will you have to list that NC house now on MLS and try to sell it?

sorry to hear about the business not selling.

We have two options ; one is to have the builder market it and hope to sell it before completion ; then we get our $$ back.
The other is to put the deposit towards a different site, build a smaller house and use it as a vacation home. We are tossing around both ideas. We really dont want to be out the $$ of course but we will see.

Thanks for asking
