What is the 28215 area like? I was told to look for a home rental in Matthews, but found a great deal on a home on Larkhaven Village Drive / off Rocky River Church rd and Camp Stewart. Is this considered "East Charlotte"?

The area by Camp Stewart is nice. All of east Charlotte is not bad. Actually, most of east Charlotte isn't bad, but there are definitely pockets I wouldn't live in. I like that area. Its quiet and nice.

Thanks...we are moving in 5 days with no place solid to live, and since we have never been there, we are a bit apprehensive about where to look.

Default Good value for the Money

In the past year I have actually bought in that zip code 3x. Sold one, just finished rehabbing a second one 2 weeks ago and starting the third tomorrow.

You can get a very nice house in an established community with a decent piece of property for a 100k completly re-habbed if you do a little researching.

Good Luck
