Any recommendations on short term apts? (Charlotte, Huntersville: extended stay, apartment complex, rentals)

Does anyone know of a clean, decent apartment complex that will do a month to month lease? Or has anyone had luck with those "extended stay" motels?

I also will be moving in a few months and will need this type of housing while i look for a house or build. I have been on cragslist charlotte housing, they have daily lists for apartments. You might also want to try Charlotte apartments nc on the internet, also some real-estate compmays do rentals.

We are staying in Redcliffe Apartments which is inside Birkdale Village in Huntersville. They specialize in corporate/short term housing. It's nice, safe, and close to everything. I walk up to the stores in about 5 minutes.

We got a one bedroom fully furnished apt. while looking for a house (which we've already found!), it's $1700 a month and our dog is here w/ us too. There is a pool and fitness center, it's pretty small( about 850 sq. ft.), but perfect for what we needed while we looked. There are also 2 bedrooms and townhouses. All the apartments have patios, or a balcony if you are on the second or third floor. Utilites are included and the bathtubs are HUGE! lol.

If you want to know anything else just ask! My fiancee worked with a realtor who speci8alized in tempororay housing and this is what we settled on. Oh it has internet and cable and a fireplace too!

And, the rent is pro-rated from when you give 30 days notice to move out!

Try Promenade Park - it is on Ballantyne Commons Pkwy just West of Providence Rd. I am pretty sure they do short stay(3 mo.) maybe month to month. Very clean nice and safe.
