Default new home in Stallings

Check with your Buyer's Agent. If you don't have one please find someone BEFORE you sign anything. A good agent will research the builder and give you feedback on customer satisfaction. The key to new construction is having someone on your side from contract to closing and afterwards. If you need help send me a pm or click on my name above and visit my website. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help...Good Luck!

Hi Hal, Lennar's marketing approach is "Everything's Included" which means that the prices they show are pretty much what the prices will be to build. That being said, there aren't too many options -- generally options on color but not product type. For example, if they have corian countertops in the home, there may not be an option for granite...same goes for flooring -- if a room is carpeted and you want hardwoods, then you need to do that on your own after closing. But their price point is usually very competitive Hope all is well with you!
