I have a client looking for 5 bedrooms or 4 and a bonus in Union County under $350; possible? Any of you Realtors out there have a listing like this? Don't risk being "restricted"; feel free to pm me. TIA

HA! If you could get them for $350 there would be plenty of Renters out there. Tell your client to be a little more realistic. You would be lucky to find one around $900. I get the calls all day like this. 4-5 room rentals are rare and expensive to be in a decent area. Heck to have a roof!

I would be curious if you find one....

I took it to mean she is looking for a home for SALE under $350,000?

Yes it is possible. There are quite a few new construction n'hoods in Indian Trail that fit that description and are in that price range.

we just bought a 4/3 in Wesley Chapel, Union County for $279K from a builder and the list was $305 and up in the neighborhood. It's a Lennar and beautifull! good luck!
