The 15-day forecast for Charlotte shows a few days near 80, but overall a very cool, crisp pattern with perhaps sharply colder air invading the Mid-Atlantic region by the end of the month.

Well that forecast is a little better than the one I read. I will keep my fingers crossed for mid 80s

Yep, the weather is definitely getting ready to turn for the season. Lucky for me the Mexico cruise is only 20+ days away! It's back to the beach with boat drinks!

Thanks, Doorway. The realtor has several investors lined up as well as a potential buyer, but I might bury the statue anyway. I've been working on a project that allowed me to hop on & off the computer all day, but I'm off to try to finish the trim paint, hopefully this evening. I'm aiming to be there by Halloween, so I'm assuming about the middle of fall color.
