Default Restaurant for Veggie Friend!

Need help selecting a restaurant for a vegetarian couple we are taking to dinner tomight. She does not eat meat or dairy, by will eat fish. Also one person going is not big on fish or seafood. Want something casual but not real expensive. So which of these restaurants would you recommend -

The River Rat in Lake Wylie

Steve and Kelly's Grille House in Tega Cay - this is the one I wanted to try, but can't find a menu online to see if they have a good choice of fish/seafood items.

Captain Steves in Ft. Mill

The Fish Market in Baxter Village

Thanks for any advise!

I've never been to any of those restaurants. Have you thought about Indian or Chinese cuisine?
