Default Hair Salon in Harrisburg
I have read all of the old threads about hair salons and the recommended places seem to be mostly in South Charlotte. Can anyone recommend a place in or near Harrisburg for a decent women's haircut? Thanks!

im still new to the harrisburg area myself. and i have gone to echo spa and salon on 49 in the shopping center where lowe's foods and hollywood video are. I had low expectations going in, but when i got there it was a super nice place for the area and a got a great cut and color on the cheap!
