Default Monteith Park

You might want to take a look at the townhomes in Monteith Park. You can get a 1735sq foot 3 bedroom starting at $189,900. They are in Huntersville. The builder is Saussy Burbank and they are pretty nice.

I haven't been to that community yet but I have been out to that area...it is really growing quickly. From what I have found, Stonebridge will be Ryan townhomes. I think Ryan builds a good home, but as always, keep those inspector phone numbers handy Best of luck to you!
