Hi to all,
You may already know about this little gem, but I discovered it today. Its called Yelp.com/Charlotte-nc Basically, its reviews of local businesses...everything from hair dressers, shopping, restaurants, dry cleaners....even a cemetery and hospitals! You can add your own reviews of your favorite places too.
You can find almost every major city's reviews here too. I checked out the Baltimore and Washington, DC sites since I am most familiar with those two cities and I had to agree with almost all the reviews I read.
Just thought I would pass this one along, I spent a good hour reading the Charlotte reviews and I have found some places I MUST try!! Hope the moderators don't think I am trying to advertise, I just think that this site is a good place for newcomers (and some not so new residents) to find some new fun places to visit.
