Where to find gas (Tryon: white, common, run)

10:30 p.m. there is gas at the Exxon at 51 and Carmel Road. They only have regular and line was only 5-6 cars deep!

I did try to get gas here at about 6:30 p.m. and line was crazy.....went home instead.

The Pure Mart in Hemby Bridge just got a delivery at 6am, saw the truck while coming to work. And the Exxon at 485 and Idlewild also got a delivery at the same time. I thought we struck gold, LOL. Two at the same time.

We decided to let those who are really in need of the gas have it and we have been staying at home as much as possible---only going to the PO and the store a couple of times. Since we work from home and our business is through the PO we decided there are to many others who really need the gas right now! Yes, it's a pain and we are getting cabin fever but so many others need the gas to get to work and take their children to school etc. It's time everyone do their share and cut back as much as possible...at least until they get this situation fixed!! Just my personal opinion.

Texaco on South Tryon by Ayrsley and On-the-Run in Whitehall Commons on South Tryon both still with gas, no lines for the second day in a row. Both $3.85/gal.

any luck on the north side for anyone. h'ville/davidson/cornelius....i'll drive to mooresville if needed (work off of exit 30). down to 1/4 of a tank after sitting in the parking lot known as 77 this morning due to an accident. we've been conserving and car pooling when we can.....but this is an insane week for me due to a non-profit i work with and i need gas to get to clt for meetings this week. thanks!

I have to to to Wadesboro, Laurinburg and Pembroke for work this week. Does anyone have any information on gasoline availability along Rt. 74 our to these towns?

DH & I just gassed up our cars at the Exxon at 74 and Matthews-Mint Hill Rd. Moderate line -- we paid $3.89 for regular.
