Exxon at S. Tryon and Arrowood at Whitehall Commons. $3.859/gallon and no waiting! Plus the coffee was pretty good.

im not saying this about everyone but i have seen alot of this lately
When I was driving home from Rock Hill last night all of the restaurants in Pineville were packed with cars. Waldhorn, Nakato & Outback seemed to be full to capacity.

Well said.

True, but when the taps stop flowing you have to consider alternate sources.

I just had lunch at Sunny's Grill in Huntersville ( I like the name)
Shell station at Rosedale Shopping Center has gas. The HPD is having cars go around the block by 'Friendlys to line up for it. I also saw people enjoying their american freedom and filling up their boats with them in tow.

I wonder how long it'll be before someone tries trailering a hot tub to a pump & filling it up?

DS says a fight broke out in Boone at a station b/c people were filling up their cars and four and five gas cans at a time - people got really upset . . .he was there - this is not something he read about or saw on TV. He now dreads going to sit in line . . . not only a hassle, but people are getting really hateful and stressed out.

I just got a Gatorade at the Shell at the Arboretum.

The gas they received at 3.30 am was out by 10 am.
They do not expect more until early Tuesday morning.

i wish that "american freedom" would be overshadowed by common decency
