Did anyone else see the WTVI broadcast of Hometown Heroes: The Greek-Americans of Charlotte last night? I happened to be flipping channels and came across it. Totally worthwhile to watch. I learned so much about what first brought the Greeks to Charlotte (amazing story). It also gives you a good history of the Greek impact on Charlotte from the 1920's forward. For those who've been around for a long time, you will definitely recognize the names.

I see it is up for rebroadcast on Sunday, October 12 at 3 PM. You should make plans to watch/record if you missed it.
