We are very unsure about where we would like to call home in the greater Charlotte area!!! Would like to know if there is any"rent with option to buy programs" in the areas--- We are looking to buy in the 180k--210k area in a community with pool-- 4-5 bedrooms!!! Thanks for any help!!!!!

There is Crismark but these are all to buy, St Johns Forest, Brandon Oaks, all in your price range...

good luck to you and they all have communtiy pools and ammenities..

You can't go wrong in Fort Mill!! This is a lovely area with a relatively good commute to uptown Charlotte. You would need to talk to a local realtor to see if there are any 'rent to own' situations. Those would most likely be thru individual homeowners, not with builders. Fort Mill has become very popular and prices have risen, so I'm not sure about your price range. Another poster on here talked about Falcon Ridge literally a stones throw to Fort Mill but just on this side of the Charlotte city limits. I believe that neighborhood (on Hwy 160) is in your price range. Best of luck!

I'll do a rent to own on the house I am in. Its a 3 bedroom though and in N. Charlotte.

I'm aware of a "lease to own" in Lake Park neighborhood which has a community pool etc. Let me know if you need additional info on this one or I can look for others.

They just popped up a sign for a lease to own 4 bedroom in Vilalges at Rosedale in Huntersville. Nice lot too, bordered by woods in the back of it. Community pool and shopping close by.
