Hi All,

I live in Ballanytne, and would like to go pick some apples/peaches this weekend. Not sure if there's any farm nearby? Thanks in advance!

goto www.pickyourown.org I found this to be a great resource of information. I have learned how to can things from this.

Good luck! Want some pears? My grandmother has a tree that is overflowing and we have too many.

In york county sc you can visit "The peach tree orchard" on 321.
I have a friend that picked apples somewhere in SC but I am not sure where they went.
We get strawberry's and pumpkins at Linebergers in gastonia. FUN!!!

Peaches are not in season right now (try end of July/early August). Strawberries are in season in late spring (around May).

It is apple picking time, though. Most apples will be up in the mountains.
