HOA management company
My community is looking to bid out for a managment company. We are unhappy with the one we have (charging us for every little thing and getting 10% on the cost of everything).
Can anyone recommend one. And/or websites to do research.

I too can recommend one not to use. Our builder is using them and once the neighborhood takes over, I hope majority vote to get a new one.

My HOA sucks, they act as if they were the owners of the property, the company that made this community did a job for beginners, for example when they were selling the property said they were going to leave at the end leveled the soil, instead leaving a spot in a bad state, so I just don't like this HOA sharks, they are useless for anything.
