Default Car Insurance

Without getting personal and upsetting anyone. I hope someone will be willing to share. How much does car insurance cost in NC. I am curious to how much it would cost for full insurance and just boring old basic. Anyone willing to answer I would be grateful. Thanks

Talia

I guess depends on your record your car etc.

We where paying 125 a month in Miami for 30,60, 30 uninsured motorist, collsion etc.

Here it was upped to 100, 300, 100 with all off the above.

We now pay $62 a month for increased coverage.

Just 62.00 or the 125.00 plus 62.00 more sorry I got confused.

I am paying 1200.00 a year here in NYC. Wondering if it will be less there and this is for basic.

Sorry the payment was $125, we then increased coverage and lower our premiums to $62 a month, so our bill was cut in half.

We insure 3 cars at Maximum insurance for $150 per month...you would be able to do better if you don't want the max. (We are extremely risk averse )

Our auto insurance is less as well. We moved here from a "redlined" city up north. We added an additional vehicle (both were over 10 years old) and our insurance was still less than half of what we paid up north.

Identical coverage through USAA and our insurance bill was cut to less than half of what we previously paid in Jersey.

Thanks everyone I am so glad one bill will be going way down. Tired of paying such high rates in this area just because they think we should....
