Colonial Grande is Ayrsley is in that area. I'm in Ayrsley and I like it a lot.

Colonial Properties Trust - Colonial Grand at Ayrsley

The prices for a 2 bed are above $850 but the complexes in Charlotte always seem to be running a deal.

My husband was in Charlotte last weekend and he looked at Camden Touchstone and Chesywck apartments. They are both in the Ballantyne area and are really nice and are under 850 for a 2br. We will definitely select one of those when we move. Best of luck to you.

My advice is to look for the apartment on Craigslist for specials. The apartment is always cheaper than what you see on the complex website. I wish I knew that before renting my apartment. I constantly see my complex with rentals far below what I'm paying. I even see 3 bedrooms cheaper than what I pay.

Right now there are 3 townhomes available for rent in this zip code that meet the requirements that you stated. The security deposit would be the same as the monthly rent. So, if you are looking to save a little money up front...apartment rental may be the best option. There are many nice apartment complexes in the area, Arseley was already mentioned, but you may also want to look into Alta and Courtney oaks.
Craigslist does also have home rental there too....so I would check that out as well.
Good Luck!
