Default Collinspark/Woodlawn

Please Share your thoughts/opinions Collins park area. I am a young female and found a rental on Murrayhill Rd off of Woodlawn. Is this a safe area? Are the crime levels high? I love the house we may rent but want to make sure before we sign a lease. Please let me know if you know any details!!

Hi there, you can plug the address into the Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD's Web site to get the stats for that area. Here's a link to a Web site you might find helpful: CMPD.org

Would you be living alone? Where are you currently living? I'm trying to gauge your relative stamina for the area

Well it would be my boyfriend and I. The house has been totally renovated and has a great backyard for our dog, but I don't want to sacrifice safety when we could live somewhere else. Have you ever heard of Southpark Corner Condos? If so are these nice? We have only looked at these online but are interested but have to move in two weeks.
