Default Finally arrived in Charlotte

I have officially made the transition from NE Ohio to the Charlotte, NC area! Arrived at my temporary residence at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rock Hill last night at midnight. I was surprised to see how much traffic was on the freeway that late at night. haha Anyway, I checked out Camden South End today and seemed to like what I saw. Liked the area for the most part and the apartments are nice too. I'm also getting a killer deal due to the crappy economic situation right now. Does anyone here live in Camden Southend or know anyone who does? Just wondering what their thoughts on the place where? Do a lot of young people live there? I guess the manager was telling me that a lot of the Panthers players actually live there. Crazy...
What other apartment complexes would you recommend checking out? I was thinking of checking out Grandview and Camden Dilworth possibly tomorrow. There are just too many choices to pick from! ah!!

I used to live in one of the houses that was torn down to build Camden Dilworth... Great area, I loved it. Easy walk to lots of shops on East and a cool little park at Latta.

Grandview's ok, but it feels an awful lot like a hotel. And the "grandview" isn't quite as grand since the Westin was completed.
