Default Lake Norman area

We are looking to move to the Lake Norman area. We love the lake life so we would like to be as close as we can to a lake. We aren't looking to spend more than $200k for a home. I also am looking for a trade/vocational school for my 15 yr. old son. Are these things at all possible in this area? Thanks for your help.

If you judge people, you have no time to love them

Yes there homes in the area within your price range and decent communities as well.
Look in the Huntersville area and you will be close to Lake Norman and Mountain Island lake
A good real estate search site for this area & state is CarolinaHome.com
Go there and tell the criteria you would like match. I just went to the site to verify and I got over 190 matches
