Oh my gosh you mean the Greek place is gone now too? Man I really did like that place! I'm sorry they left. Cheap food but it was really good, at least I thought so. $5.99 for a quick gyro sandwich.

There are many people who would consider $6+ (when tax is added) a lot of money for a single sandwich. Add in a drink and you would easily be pushing $8 for something quick. In the restaurant business, I could see where you couldn't drive enough traffic to pay the bills if this is an example. People just don't have this kind of money to routinely spend these days.

I guess they have been run out by websites like Shutterfly
I'd say Amazon hurt them more than Shutterfly. Plus the fact that many people just use their phones for pictures these days. It is capable of the same or better quality photo that the average person usually took.

I'm sad to hear QSL closed. I'd been meaning to head over there for some wings.

I was thinking about eating there Wednesday. Maybe I should have.

I wonder why they closed.

^ Why does any restaurant close? Not enough customers.

There are other reasons why a restaurant might close. I've been to Kristophers next door many, many times and Pure never seemed to be empty.

I didn't care for that place, the price was too high and the quality of the food was too low.

Owners getting murdered is another reason. I've seen notes on doors.

What struck me about the place in Matthews is that every other location is in GA. Maybe it was too far from home base.

I just saw that the How Do You Roll at Ballantyne Corners is closed. I went by there this morning and it's almost cleaned out...not anyone around. Too bad because I really liked their food....oh well.
